  8. Add chicken thighs and sear on both sides. 5-8 minutes total
  9. Once both sides are brown and seared, add 4 tablespoons of butter then the cooking wine. About 1/3 to 1/2 cup VERY SLOWLY. Let cook about 3 minutes.
  10. Cook the marinade in a pan/pot while taking care of the chicken
  11. Add chicken in a roasting pan with the sauce and marinade and cover with foil tightly. Poke holes in the foil and place in oven for 30 minutes
  12. Remove foil and let it cook until nice, succulent, and gold. Afterwards, turn each chicken thigh and add the grape/cherry tomatoes. Let cook for maybe 25 minutes or until it's so juicy and look so good, you say ooooooooooo
