4. for the sauce add to a wok or pot the 2 quarts of oj add soy sauce salt sugar zest add cornstarch and quarter cup of oj mix add to boiling 2 quarts of oj it will thicken add orange extract boil 3 minutes stirring occasionally add chicken serve and enjoy
